First Day of School

In August Tyler started Kindergarten. Parker also felt the need to put on his backpack and take a picture too. He also started his first day of Preschool a couple days after these pictures were taken.

Parker's 3 Year Birthday Party

On October 21st Parker turned 3 years old! We had Parker's party at Pump-it-Up. The kids loved it and Parker got to be the king and open his presents.

Halloween

So I had this wonderful idea of having the kids be characters from the Wizard of Oz. Not that I like that movie, but I am a HUGE Wicked fan, so I decided Tyler would be the Tin Man, Parker the Scarecrow and Hunter the Lion. Unfortunately, when the Tin Man costume came in the mail, Tyler tried it on and said, "I look ugly, don't I?" I was laughing so hard I couldn't answer him. Needless to say it ended up being a scarecrow, a lion, and a Ninja Turtle. What can you do??!! I did make him put it on for one picture though.

OK--so I think I'm just going to post a couple of pictures of the boys during the past 6 months or so, because since I didn't send out a Christmas card. (I know I am a slacker!!)

Parker the Drummer Boy

So Parker was a drummer boy for his preschool nativity story. It was so cute--he went around singing "a rum, pa pum pum" for days before his special night.

Four Boys

Well, I went to the Doctor on January 3rd, and found out that our fourth child is officially a boy. Tyler asked if we were ever going to have a girl and I said no, it doesn't look like we ever will. Who would have thought I would have FOUR boys?? My doctor said I should just try one more time. (Which is a pretty bold thing to say to someone who hasn't even delivered yet... but anyway.) He said that if I had a girl, that would be really cool, but if I had another boy, I would have a whole basketball team and that would be really awesome!!! Hmmmm.... I don't think so. Brock already made me promise that if we had another boy I wouldn't bug him to have a 5th child just to have a girl. I love my boys--so we will just add another one.
